Insanity Workout Day 56: Uh-Oh, Another Monday Off

3-1-10: For the second week in a row, I could not get myself to do a workout on Monday. I feel my morning routine is a little off. I have let myself form a bad habit of getting up an hour later (at least) than when I first started the Insanity program. It is imperative that I get back on track.

I contemplated doing the workout when I got home, but, again, it was almost 8:00 and I needed to relax by this point. I feel like Shaun T just warned me about these days off. To appease his foul nature, I will make sure to do a decent workout tomorrow and force myself to do a recovery workout on Wednesday (basketball day).

  1. Come on Dave, get back on track! Once you start slacking it's hard to get going again! It's easier to sleep but it's not worth it! I'm rooting for you to beat Shaun T and one day you WILL!
