3-15-10: I talked to Shaun T today about how I missed the workout today. He said I had two choices. I could either get back into a solid every day is Insanity routine, or he would give me an injury to which he would consider to be a legitimate excuse. This probably means massive head trauma and/or paralysis.
Yes, I will have to get back into it. I probably should not have stayed up till 1:00. I have noticed a fascinating development. When I try to get up after 2-5 hours of sleep, my body tends to resist. I am amazed by this discovery and intend to write a book about it.
I still have not gone two days without physical activity yet. This means that I have no choice but to workout tomorrow. What could possibly go wrong?
