Insanity Workout Day 69: Shaun T v. The Pinky, Round 2: Power and Resistance

3-14-10: This was not a bad workout. Not a bad workout indeed. I did better through the evil warm-up and was not completely brutalized when doing the actual workout. Even the excessive plank work required could not deter my injured pinky from attacking. That being said, the splint pretty much came off by the end of the workout. Stupid splint. Stupid pinky. How can this little pinky be causing such problems?

No, I will not be advancing to month 2 until the pinky is better. Why? I already feel I am overdoing it (for a stupid freaking pinky) with the current routine. Hmm…I cannot see this ending well. I have already tried taking the splint off to see if it was better. It was not...but I am getting tired of wearing it. So, my injury timetable might be reduced a couple weeks due to annoyance. You see, science is…whatever we want it to be. I want it to heal faster. Therefore, the splint must be removed earlier. It is all logic.
